I received a gift from Beth in the mail and I love it! She has been doing a lot of cross stitch while caring for her mother and she made this lovely piece for my sewing room. Isn't it lovely?

That is such a lovely cross-stitch design, and even better as a gift! I enjoyed the precuts column by Amy Smart, too. I have bought many charm packs over the years, and used them for many projects. My only problem is that I now have a lot of leftover squares (usually the one or two prints I didn't like out of the line of fabric) piled up in a drawer and no inspiration for using them up!
