I made a set of these when I was a kid. I still have the blocks, unfortunately, they don't indicate the company but do say: No. 84, Kiddie Quilt Block. All Cotton. RN 21179. However, I did some research online and this site (here) cited that it was a pattern from Colortex. After looking at other Colortex quilt blocks, the printing seems to be the same as on mine.
