Today is one of my favorite December holidays.
Happy St. Nicholas Day!
In my family, children always put out their shoes for St. Nicholas.
Even when my kids were teens, they loved finding treats and sweets in their shoes. The grandkids hadn't left their shoes out at my house but I always put out some nice wooden shoes in case St. Nicholas came by!
