Welcome to an another addition of Friendship Friday!
This week we have had many comments and things to share!
Sue sent this earlier this week and I love this photo! She got the photograph from Carolyn. This photo was identified as "Traveling Singer Salesman, Queensland, Australia: 1900-1910." I love the goats!!!
Another thing Sue shared was a poem found many years ago. She and Carolyn used to belong to a charity quilting group and folks would drop off tops and other things to the group. It's a charming poem!
Susan S. sent a photo of a quilt she made last year. Her 45th wedding anniversary is today and she made it for that and Valentine's Day. The fabrics are from a collection by Sharon Holland called Everlasting. The pattern is from Camille Roskelley.
Gorgeous quilt and happy anniversary to Susan and her husband!!

Judy had a question about the Prussian blue post. She asked if Mrs. Stewart's blueing has Prussian blue in it. Yes it does. And while I was investigating that I found that Reckitt's blueing is actually still sold (see here).

Nann asked about Andrew's great grandmother quilt (here) that we discussed on Monday. She was wondering what we would call this block, perhaps "log cabin in a square?" The shading sure does make it unique! Log cabin in a square works as a name for me!

Wishing you all a safe and happy weekend!
Love the goat cart too!
